MUST DO :-
BRUSH TWICE Brush your teeth gently and thoroughly with a soft-bristled toothbrush for at least two minutes, 2 times per day. Be careful not to over-brush or push too hard against
the gums.
FLOSS :Floss at least once per day to remove plaque and bacteria from between your teeth.
SHOULD DO :- RINSE WITH MOUTH WASH It isn’t a replacement for brushing or flossing, but can help freshen breath and prevent tooth decay.
CHEW SUGAR-FREE GUM Chewing sugar free gun after rating or drinking can help promote saliva flow, which eliminates acid and protects enamel.
CLEAN YOUR TONGUE Brushing or scraping your tongue daily can help keep your mouth bacteria- free and your breath fresh.
